Positions: Loan Officer – General Loans

Location: Multiple Cities

Job Objective:

  • Responsible for product marketing and sales, client servicing, loan booking and document processing. Ensure prompt delivery, repayment of loans, provide periodic portfolio information & maintain portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: 

  • Implement assigned sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing on micro level sales, service, cross-selling and delivery plans with RM and ensuring on track performance.

Portfolio Management: 

  • Proactive collection perusal, ensuring timely repayment of group loans and negotiation directly or through other elements included in KMBL’s distribution channel.

Compliance: 

  • Conduct loan booking in strict compliance with KMBL’s policies, procedures and ethical standards; facilitate in implementing internal control standards in letter and spirit.

Service Quality: 

  • Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.

Skills:

  • Good at selling and client servicing.
  • Well organized with good communication & time management skills.
  • Action oriented and able to work independently.
  • Adaptability/flexibility in field work, relocation and extended working hours.
  • Fluent in local language.
  • Proficient in MS office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized / overseas university, in Business Administration / Commerce, Banking & Finance, Agriculture or Economics.

Positions: Loan Officer – MSME

Location:  Multiple Cities

Job Objective:

  • MSME is the primary point of contact with all MSME clients in assigned area. Responsible for generating new MSME clients, processing relevant loan documentations and monitoring loan portfolio. Ensure prompt delivery, repayment of MSME loans and provide periodic portfolio information.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: 

  • Identify new MSME/ small business enterprises in the assigned area. Assess their loan requirements based on customer need and present appropriate loan proposals to the credit committee for approval.
  • Develop and analyze financial statements of the MSMEs in order to access the financial soundness of the business and his repayment capacity.
  • Conduct loan appraisal, collect and verify detailed information (personal, business, guaranties and collateral pertaining to MSMEs) to open new MSME loan accounts.
  • Prepares and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loan.
  • Receive feedback of MSME clients for product enhancements and new product requirements.
  • Gain insight on competitor’s product offerings for MSME clients and provide feedback to the line manager.
  • Cross-sell other KMBL products to clients, especially liability products.

Service Quality: 

  • Maintain good relationship with MSME clients and promptly address their queries.
  • Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.

Portfolio Management: 

  • Monitor MSME loans and ensure timely repayment.
  • Maintain continuous contact with MSME clients so that loan is recovered on timely basis.
  • Continuously follow up with MSME clients for timely repayment and negotiation directly or through other elements included in KMBL’s distribution channel.

Compliance:

  • Conduct, complete and process MSME loan booking / documentation in strict compliance with KMBL’s policies, procedures and ethical standards.
  • Thoroughly review KIM manual to understand products and processes.
  • Deeply study the Prudential Regulations to ensure complete compliance.

Skills:

  • Good business networking and client servicing.
  • Well organized with good communication & time management skills.
  • Action oriented and able to work independently.
  • Basic MS Office skills particularly MS Excel.
  • Fluent in local language.
  • Willing to travel across KMBL network.

Education

  • Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Agriculture, Banking or Accounting from an HEC recognized / overseas university.

Positions: Cash Officer

Location: Multiple Cities

Job Objective

Responsible for error free and efficient processing of deposits, withdrawals transactions, cheques and other negotiable instruments at the customer counter within stipulated turn around time, maintain database for reporting/record and assist OM in branch operations.

Key Responsibility:

Cash Payment & Receipts:

  • Responsible for handling of Cash at Premises including payment, receipts, transportation & petty cash management.
  • Processing of Cash deposit, withdrawal local & on-line transactions in line with applicable procedures.
  • Payment of Cash after proper verification as required e.g., customer, funds availability, cheque etc
  • Collection of loan recoveries receipt in line with laid down procedures & its system posting.
  • Ensure cash/cheques and all other transactions are promptly & accurately recorded in system.

Cash Management:

  • Projection for cash requirements of the branch & ensure cash is maintained within prescribed insurance limits.
  • Ensure Cash transportation is done strictly in line with applicable procedures.
  • Keep physical cash balanced with system before leaving the seat during the day and at day end.
  • Make sure that excess cash is duly insured (where required).

Cash Sorting:

  • Sorting of cash in line with SBP & KIM guidelines & its record maintenance.
  • Responsible for SBP & Internal/External Audit of Cash Management & transactions etc.

Customer Services:

  • Ensure TAT in processing of cash related transactions.
  • Provide upto mark customer services at Cash Counter ensuring zero customer complaints.
  • Provide support to branch in achieving sales targets by cross-selling KMBL products, particularly liability products.

Skills:

  • Cash handling experience in banks or financial/corporate sector will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of SBP regulations on branch banking and cash management.
  • Customer focused and good team member.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.

Education:

  • Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized university, in business administration/commerce/accounting/ finance or economics.

Experience: Prior experience is not necessary.
