TPL Insurance is Hiring Product Manager – Digital Initiatives
We are Pakistan’s first and only direct insurance company to pioneer contact center and web based services, allowing customers to interact and retrieve progress on their insurance policies and claims.
Product Manager – Digital Initiatives will be responsible to develop, implement and monitor all reward programs for insurance products. Actively assist and be part of the Digital Transformation and Sales function of the company to create competitive advantage through sales, new integrations with external platforms, Mobile Apps & website. Research, develop and introduce ‘Driving Telematics Program’ without tracker. Liaison with internal stakeholders for new digital / tech based product development, launch, monitoring and pitch digital products to external parties. Develop, coordinate & perform UAT for Mobile App and Website for various initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing / Sales having at least 5 years of relevant experience in well-established organizations.

|Senior Executive Banca Operations||Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Claims Administration.|
|Case Management Officers||Bachelor’s with at least 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in health services will be preferred.|
|Telesales Representatives||Bachelor’s with at least 2 years of relevant experience in well-established organizations.|
|Assistant Manager Medical and Claims||Bachelors / Master’s Degree with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Claim Administration. MBBS, FLMI, CII will also be preferred.|
